Scopely is looking for a highly motivated Creative Operations & Automation Lead to join our Marketing team Flamed in Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis

We are the in-house creative agency, Flamed, an International multidisciplinary team. We build thousands of creatives every year to support all Scopely games Marketing needs worldwide. You will work on the leading mobile mid-core games like Stumble Guys, among others.
What You’ll Do
This role is critical in helping Flamed scale efficiently through operational excellence, automation, AI-driven workflows, and continuous process improvement. You will partner across Creative, Production, Finance, Legal, Marketing Operations,



and Technical teams to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, implement scalable solutions, and drive measurable business impact.
A key focus of this role will be supporting Flamed's operational transformation initiatives, including increasing automation, reducing manual repetitive work, optimising operational costs, improving system adoption, and helping achieve department-wide AI efficiency goals. This position will play a key role in shaping the future of how Flamed operates, ensuring our teams can work smarter, faster, and at greater scale.
Operations Excellence & Process Improvement
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of operational frameworks, workflows, standards, and best practices across Flamed.
- Analyse existing workflows and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimisation.
- Execute process improvement initiatives prioritised by Creative Operations leadership.
