We are seeking a motivated Junior Team Lead to support and oversee projects related to autonomous vehicles (AV) and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). The role involves coordinating test teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and leveraging knowledge of the local environment and regulations to drive effective field operations and high-quality data collection. Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of AV/ADAS testing projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Supervise and guide small field and testing teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, test protocols, and deadlines.
- Use knowledge of the local market, infrastructure, and regulations to support site selection and optimize test operations.
- Monitor testing quality and data accuracy, troubleshoot operational issues, and elevate challenges to senior management when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering,
safety, operations, project management) to align fieldwork with project objectives.
- Contribute to training sessions for test operators and field staff, providing feedback to improve performance and safety compliance.
- Prepare status updates, safety logs, and project documentation for management and regulatory review.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, automotive testing, field operations, or team leadership.
- Strong understanding of local traffic regulations, safety protocols, and infrastructure relevant to AV/ADAS testing.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage small teams effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with test management or data collection tools is a plus.
