We’re looking for a Copywriter & CRM Content Specialist to join our team and help us create engaging, high-quality marketing campaigns that connect with our patients. This role is idóneo for someone with a strong eye for content and design, passionate about storytelling, brand voice, and content performance, ready to expand their CRM marketing knowledge in a fast‑moving environment.
You’ll be working closely with our international marketing team in a dynamic, collaborative office environment.
Content Creation & Coordination – Create and adapt CRM content (emails, SMS/WhatsApp copy, push notifications, etc.), ensuring messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.




Translation & Localization Management – Oversee the translation process for CRM communications, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and culturally relevant messaging across different markets.
Campaign Setup & Execution – Assist in the deployment of CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, in‑app messaging) by preparing, scheduling, and ensuring smooth execution within CRM tools.
Campaign Monitoring & Optimization – Track key campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions), report on performance, and suggest improvements based on insights.
Cross-Department Coordination – Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with overall business objectives.
Experience in CRM marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing.
Strong writing and content adaptation skills with attention to brand tone and messaging.
Hands‑on experience with CRM or email marketing tools (HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar).
Experience in translation
