We seek a FP&A; Lead for our Sportian vertical. The role will support business units, drive financial planning, and turn data into insights for strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis cycles; transform business data into actionable insights; act as a trusted advisor to business leaders; coordinate with cross‑functional teams; manage end‑to‑end planning workflows; ensure quality and risk governance; communicate and collaborate across cultures.
Key Qualifications
- 8‑10 years of experience leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis cycles in complex, fast‑paced technology environments.
- Strong technical background to analyze data structures, track productivity, and translate operations into scalable financial workflows.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted financial advisor and align team goals with corporate strategy.
- Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration skills across operational, technical, and management departments.




- Analytical skills to identify risks, evaluate business impact, and manage internal transitions.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organization skills in a multicultural integral environment.
- Advanced or fluent English language proficiency.
