We are recruiting for a results‑driven operations professional with experience in process optimization, project management, and continuous improvement. Skilled in Lean methodologies, workflow standardization, and digital transformation. With proven ability to enhance productivity, streamline warehouse operations, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
Responsibilities
- Operational Optimization: Assist operations in planning, managing, and optimizing available resources to maximize throughput.
- Project Management: Lead continuous improvement, strategic,



and commercial projects for both new and existing customers.
- Process Innovation: Implement new solutions and procedures to streamline daily workflows across all departments.
- Process Mapping: Map all warehouse activities and labour processes to identify "waste" and opportunities for improvement (Gemba).
- Process Engineering: Lead the ongoing refinement of operational workflows, ensuring that process improvements are standardized and effectively integrated into daily routines.
- AOS & Lean Culture: Drive the implementation of the "Americold Operating System" (AOS) and promote the daily use of Kaizen and Lean tools.
- Digital Transformation: Implement digitalization strategies to minimize paper usage and modernize data flow.
