About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in strategic sectors and emerging markets.
- Design and implement commercial development plans aligned with company goals.
- Generate and manage qualified leads, maintaining an active pipeline.
- Negotiate and close deals with key clients and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure market-fit solutions.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.

Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years)



in business development or B2B sales.
- Methodical profile with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- High level of English (additional languages are a plus).
- Availability to travel occasionally.
