Job Purpose
We are looking for a Controller to join our Barcelona team to support financial reporting, budgeting, and controlling activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely financial information for decision‑making.
Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Lead month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the general ledger, reconciliations and financial reporting systems.
- Deliver timely management reports and financial analysis to senior leadership.

Budgeting & Forecasting
- Participate in the preparation of annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis.




- Support strategic planning with financial modelling and scenario analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of progressive finance/controlling experience.
- Previous experience as a controller.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and compliance.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
