Join Our Elite Network Support Team At Wireless Logic, a fast‑growing leader in the Internet of Things (IoT) and M2M connectivity, we are seeking an energetic and focused Network Diagnostics Specialist (Level 3, Spanish Support) to be a vital part of our dynamic Service Desk.
Your Mission: Dive into the heart of our network, providing 24/7 expert support (in English/Spanish) and critical local assistance in Spanish to our valued customers, becoming the go‑to guru for unraveling intricate Level 3 network mysteries, setting up cutting‑edge solutions, and ensuring we consistently meet our service expectations and SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Be a Customer Champion: Provide top‑tier troubleshooting and technical support via phone and email to end users, dealers, and distributors.
- Master the Network Maze: Tackling and conquering complex incidents involving IPSEC, SSL/Open VPN connections, VLAN configurations, VRFs, Access Lists, and dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Collaborate with the mobile networks team to pinpoint the root causes of network gremlins.

Qualifications




- 2+ years of battle‑tested networking experience from a NOC, ISP, or MSP environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; holding a CCNP Enterprise or Service Provider level certification preferred.
- Extensive Cisco command‑line experience on routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, able to dissect complex issues with ease.
- Experience using monitoring tools such as PRTG.
- Deep understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP routing, policy‑based routing, IPsec/SSL/Open VPN, and VRFs.
- Proven track record of resolving network problems effectively.
- Professional client communication and proactive attitude.
- Self‑starter with ownership mindset, able to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
- Bonus: experience providing sales support in complex network environments or additional language skills.
