Job Description
Customer Support Agent – German Speaker (Temporary position) at MSX International, Barcelona, CT, ES.
Responsibilities
- Attend calls and respond to emails from clients and dealerships.
- Follow up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.
- Make reminder calls and follow up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Update databases, draft reports, and create summaries.

Qualifications
- B2 level of English and C2 level of German.
- Preferably available full‑time.
- Additional European languages at C2 level (English, Dutch, Italian, Swedish, French, Hungarian) highly valued.

Additional Information
Contract: Temporary, 50% hybrid – first 3 months fully on‑site, thereafter hybrid. Working location: Carrer de la Constitució, 1, 08014 (Sant Just Desvern).
Salary: €22,000 gross per year.
