Senior Sourcing Manager in Sant Cugat, Spain. You will orchestrate supply networks that make life‑saving diagnostics possible, lead end‑to‑end sourcing projects, mentor a team of sourcing managers, and advise executive leadership.

General Diagnostics Procurement (DOP) is a team of roughly 200 professionals driving value with suppliers worldwide. We source, manage the supplier base, develop and execute category strategies, and digitize processes to support sustainable business growth.
Job Details
- Reporting Line: The position directly reports to the Sourcing Lead and is part of the Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Wider team and stakeholders: Part of a regional team of Senior Sourcing Managers and Sourcing Managers, managing relationships with DOP stakeholders and external suppliers/contract manufacturers.
- Role Type: Individual Contributor, responsible for mentoring junior team members.
- Impact:
- Performance & Savings: Driving key metrics—including PPV savings, preferred supplier share,



and shortened cycle times—to deliver bottom‑line value while tracking stakeholder satisfaction.
- Sourcing & Analysis: Executing global sourcing activities, standard processes (RfIs, RfQs, RfPs), and NPI benchmarking in collaboration with Category and NPI managers.
- Contract & Document Management: Setting up and reviewing high‑complexity contracts (e.g., MSAs) and purchasing documentation, managing lifecycle repository and renewals.
- Operational Excellence & SME Leadership: Acting as SME to simplify workflows, analyze site user requirements for best‑value methods, and ensure strict compliance with global policies.
- Bottleneck Resolution & CSR: Partnering with support functions such as Accounts Payable to clear supplier‑related administrative bottlenecks and champion supply base CSR initiatives (diversity, sustainability, ethical practices).
