What do we need from you?
Education & Experience
- Education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum experience of 5–8+ years in cosmetic product development,



with a strong focus on aerosols preferrebly in industrialization and manufacturing processes within the cosmetics sector.
- Previous team management experience is highly valued.

Knowledge & Skills
- Strong expertise in cosmetic formulation and aerosol technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of EU cosmetic regulations and product safety requirements.
- Understanding of consumer trends and sensory-driven product development.
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent English (C1 level preferred).

What will your day-to-day be like if you join the R&D; team?
- Lead the development of cosmetic products in aerosol formats (e.g., haircare, skincare, personal care).
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and formulation to industrialization and launch.
- Design and optimize formulations ensuring performance, stability, and sensory attributes.
