In a context of strong growth, Cardata/The Ramp is recruiting a Customer Success Manager (French‑speaking) in Barcelona, with a strong commercial dimension.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the business and performance point of contact for assigned clients
- Manage onboarding of new clients and ensure their proficiency on the SaaS platform
- Support clients in implementing and optimizing digital campaigns (mainly local campaigns)
- Provide recommendations on media, budgets, and acquisition channels
- Manage client portfolio performance, renewals, and investment growth
- Monitor business and media KPIs (ROI, leads, conversion rates, client satisfaction)
- Relay and deploy national operations across retail networks
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Tech, and Operations teams
