We are seeking an experienced professional to manage onsite operations for Collins Aerospace products and services at Collins stations in Spain. The incumbent will lead a team of field service technicians to manage day‑to‑day priorities, solve client issues, optimise manpower and resources, respond to customer complaints, and escalates key issues to senior management. The role is onsite and will be located with our Collins team in Barcelona, Spain.
Primary Responsibilities
- Acts as first point of escalation for Managed Services at BCN Airports.
- Responds to customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure establishment of appropriate improvement plans.
- Quality Issue Management.
- Performs a variety of duties, including but not limited to coordinating the servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removal of equipment.
- Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications.
- Manages technical products, services,



logistics and configurations to assigned customers.
- Troubleshoots technical problems and issues and recommends actions to company or customer representatives.
- Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
- Acts as local on‑site Collins Aerospace representative to the customer's organization.
- Manages statement of work to meet customer and contract requirements.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- A High School Diploma with proven working experience or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline with relevant working experience in Airports managed services or within Airport operators in Spain.
- Familiarity with Cisco network devices and knowledge of general networking concepts.
- Familiarity and experience in dealing with the relevant Airport Operators in Spain.
