At bsport we empower the Wellness Industry with an all-in-one platform that combines boutique fitness and advanced technology. Our platform enables our partners to manage their bookings, payroll, marketing and more, to streamline operations and boost their commercial success.
bsport is scaling fast, and so is the complexity of our Customer Success operations. We're looking for a CS AI Enablement Specialist to join on a 6-month internship and help us turn our growing CS motion into a sharper, more data-driven, more AI-augmented machine.
The role:
Your main ownership will be to deploy a portfolio of AI initiatives that increase the productivity of our Customer Success teams — across onboarding, account management, support, renewals, and health monitoring. You'll work hands-on with our CS and operations tech stack,



and you'll lead small-to-mid-sized projects end-to-end — from scoping to rollout to adoption.
1. CS AI enablement
- Identify, test, and deploy AI tools across the CS workflow (onboarding, account reviews, support triage, churn-risk detection, renewal prep, CS reporting).
- Integrate AI capabilities directly into the CS tooling and CRM via native features, connectors, or lightweight automations — turning AI into a default layer of the CSM's daily experience, not a side tool.
- Build and maintain prompt libraries, playbooks, and internal documentation to help CSMs and support agents leverage AI in their day-to-day.
- Measure adoption and impact: define KPIs for AI-enabled workflows and report progress to CS and StratOps leadership.
- Stay on top of new AI tools and evaluate them against bsport's needs and stack.
