and Engineering teams responsible for developing and enhancing AI-powered solutions across our Real Estate Agent Platform and Mortgage Broker Portal. You'll leverage modern machine learning technologies and cloud infrastructure to build intelligent, data-driven products in an innovative and collaborative environment.

Hands-On Engineering: Contribute to the development, deployment, and optimisation of machine learning models and AI-driven services. Take ownership of key technical deliverables while leading by example in engineering best practices.
Machine Learning Excellence: Drive best practices in machine learning development, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable in production environments.
