Description And Responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to be in charge of HQTS Madrid Sales team focus to the Consumer Goods (CG) market (Hardgoods, Soft goods, Electronic and Electrical Products) or Industrial Goods market (Machines, Equipment with related spare parts, Chemical products).



The ideal candidate will be an experienced business developer & local team leader with proven ability to independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation and closure. He/she is also responsible for leading the business development strategy and implementation with the objectives of driving new business development for the Madrid sales teams.
- Associating with regional vice president and marketing manager to develop EU local market commercial strategies and plans in line with business objectives.
- Collaborating with the corporate management team in China to identify new business opportunities and new sales channels in EU.
- Implement business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control.
