Responsibilities
- Lessons planning, preparation and teaching in accordance with the internal and customer rules
- Involved in drawing up the courses plans and content
- Develop training manuals according to customer standards
- Ensure the appropriate use of the lesson materials and the training devices along the course
- Report writing concerning the courses and inform to the superior in case of anomalies, incidents or other parameters which may affect the future; Attend to KOM, when required, to establish the main performance of the courses




- Provide support to the training content developer in technical aspects as an expert of the subject
- Perform the work validation previously to the delivery to the customer
- Ensure the quality of the delivery
- Responsible for the delivery of deliverables
- Reporting the non-conformities

Qualifications
- Extensive experience as B2 Aircraft Maintenance Technician on C-295
- Advanced level of English
