The Operations team’s goal is to help Fever grow by increasing efficiency in our ways of working and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders. We love testing, launching, and executing new projects and supervise all operations‑related topics, from event execution and user/partner operations to processes and tools.
About the Role
- Participate in company‑wide projects focused on improving specific business areas.
- Lead a project with senior team support, ensuring it reaches defined goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Lead the necessary analysis for project completion, identifying optimal solutions considering client satisfaction, cost control, and profitability.
- Lead projects involving coordination with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify areas of improvement and work on continuous improvement strategies and processes across all business areas, especially in logistics and operations.




- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

About You
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations, or tech).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.
- Previous experience in logistics, operations, or distribution (highly valued).
- Previous experience preparing operational reports and logistics KPIs (highly valued).
- Experience with ERP systems or logistics management software (highly valued).
