This high-impact role combines cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, regulatory compliance, and operational enablement to ensure technologies are implemented securely, responsibly, and in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.## What you will do:* Design, implement, and continuously improve governance and security frameworks across the organization.* Define and maintain security guardrails, governance principles, and operational controls for AI platforms, tools, and workflows.* Develop standards and technical guidance related to AI security and responsible AI usage.* Design and support implementation of security controls, including sandboxing, identity and access management, secret management, and secure API usage.* Conduct risk assessments and security reviews,



addressing threats such as prompt injection, jailbreak techniques, and context leakage.* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including EU AI Act, GDPR, Swiss FADP, and NIS2.* Provide awareness and training initiatives focused on secure and responsible AI usage.## What you bring & who you are:* Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.* 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, cloud security, or technology governance roles.* Strong fundamentals in application security, cloud security (Azure preferred), DevSecOps, or endpoint security.* Practical experience with Linux namespaces, seccomp, AppArmor, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, and secret management platforms.* Working knowledge of AI security risks, including prompt injection, jailbreak techniques, and context leakage.* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, EU
