What You’ll Do
- Be the data partner for Commercial, Operations, Product,



and Leadership teams understanding their questions and turning them into data deliverables that actually get used.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Help define and implement our data models and data warehouse layer.
- Build and maintain ELT pipelines to support analytics needs across the company.
- Set up monitoring, documentation, and quality checks to ensure data you publish is data people can trust.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive data tasks, and surface insights faster across the business.
- Contribute to building a data‑driven culture — helping teams ask better questions and interpret results with confidence.
- Collaborate with the Data team to improve our modern data stack and shared tooling.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in a data‑related role (Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, BI Analyst, or similar).
