The Client Executive is responsible for supporting client relationships and delivering high-quality data analysis and insights to clients. The role focuses on developing strong analytical capabilities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of outputs, and contributing to client satisfaction and account growth.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Support
- Act as a key point of contact for routine client requests and deliverables
- Build strong working relationships with client contacts
- Support clients in understanding and using Worldpanel data
- Maintain a professional and responsive communication style

Analysis & Insight
- Analyse data to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Support the development of storytelling from data




- Assist in preparing presentations and reports
- Provide initial interpretation and recommendations

Service Delivery
- Manage client requests and ensure timely, accurate delivery
- Produce regular deliverables such as reports and databases
- Assist in handling project briefs from start to finish
- Ensure high standards of data quality and accuracy
- Take ownership of day-to-day client requests
- Support managers in client meetings and follow-up actions
- Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutionsContribute to maintaining service standards

Commercial Support
- Identify potential opportunities within client accounts
- Contribute to account growth initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver client outputs
- Develop personal expertise in FMCG markets and data tools
- Seek feedback and continuously improve skills
- Contribute positively to team environment
