Your role in BizAway
- Define and own BizAway’s global advertising strategy for lead generation, in close collaboration with the Global Marketing Manager.
- Define and own BizAway’s global advertising strategy for brand awareness, in close collaboration with the General Marketing Manager and the Brand Marketing Manager.
- Actively run and optimise paid campaigns together with the support of the marketing team.
- Build and manage forecasting‑based advertising plans, aligning investment with business and pipeline goals.
- Own budgeting,



forecasting, and performance tracking, working with monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using advanced analytics and clear performance frameworks.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve efficiency, lead quality, and scalability.
- Be the main owner of B2B paid channels , with a strong focus on:
- Google Ads and other search‑based platforms
- Social Ads
- Additional paid channels
- Proactively identify gaps in creative and messaging, and request new content or assets to maximise campaign performance.
- Test, validate, and scale new advertising channels and opportunities, both locally and globally.
- Work closely with content, brand, and other teams to ensure strong alignment between messaging, creatives, and performance goals.

Your basic qualifications
- Strong experience as an Advertising / Performance Marketing Manager in a SaaS and B2B env
