Senior Product Manager
As a Senior Product Manager, you will occupy a pivotal leadership role designed to bridge the gap between high‑level product strategy and world‑class execution. You will act as the driving force behind your product scope, sitting at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Reporting directly to the CPTO, you will lead a dedicated product area, overseeing one or multiple squads and their respective Product Owner. Your mission is to be the voice of the market, fostering a culture of excellence, data‑driven discovery, and iterative delivery. This role is not just about managing tasks; it is about building a high‑performing team, mentoring talent, and ensuring that every feature we ship delivers tangible value to our users and the business.
Your Missions
- Strategic Vision and Roadmap: Leverage deep market research, competitive analysis, and product analytics to define and communicate a clear 1‑2 year roadmap that aligns with company‑wide stakeholders.
- Product Discovery and User Insight:



Develop a profound understanding of customer behavior. Conduct regular discovery interviews and analyze usage data to identify pain points and articulate features that solve real‑world problems.
- Stakeholder Synergy: Maintain a constant, transparent link between squads and internal/external stakeholders (clients, prospects, Revenue Team, Engineering Team, etc.). You will act as a facilitator to increase the team’s business knowledge and autonomy.
- Go‑to‑Market Support: Assist Revenue and Marketing teams in understanding the product value proposition, helping to articulate key messages and support documentation or internal training.
- Team Leadership: Directly manage 1 to 2 Product Owners. You will be responsible for setting clear objectives, measuring performance through KPIs (cycle times, completion rates), and driving long‑term career development.
