Role Overview
As an Outbound SalesAgent , you'll proactively engage potential business customers through cold calls, introducing products and services that can help grow their businesses. You'll identify new sales opportunities, qualify leads, schedule appointments or close deals, and build strong relationships with prospective clients. Your ability to communicate value, overcome objections, and deliver a consultative sales approach will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and present products or services that align with their business objectives.




- Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting activities.
- Engage decision-makers, handle objections professionally, and effectively communicate the value of the company's solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations or meetings and support prospects throughout the sales journey.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing opportunities and following up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product updates to strengthen your sales approach.

Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent in Czech (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek
