Customer Service Representative (Swedish) – Full‑time, on‑site in Madrid, Spain. This role is the primary point of contact for OEM vehicle owners, addressing and resolving all issues related to their vehicles and representing the OEM in interactions with customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle Driver Requests by managing inquiries through multiple channels.
- Continuously monitor cases and maintain up‑to‑date status.
- Escalate cases when necessary to higher levels or specialized teams.
- Maintain customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience and meeting project KPIs.

Qualifications
- Proficient in English (C1) and fluent in Swedish.
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and passion for customer service.
- Available full‑time; 50% hybrid arrangement, with first 5–6 months fully on‑site for training.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salaried at €22,000 gross per year.
