Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the globe, from a day trip to a week-long adventure, while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals.
The role We're looking for a Head of CRM to join our crew in Barcelona. In this role, you will own the end-to-end CRM and lifecycle strategy for Click&Boat;, covering both our renters and boat owners. Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead a team of 3 CRM specialists and take full ownership of how we engage, convert, and retain users across the entire customer journey. CRM is already a meaningful contributor to our revenue, driven by automated lifecycle scenarios and manual campaigns.



Define and execute the integral CRM lifecycle strategy across all customer segments (renters and boat owners), from onboarding and consideration to booking, post-navigation, and reactivation.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3 CRM specialists, setting clear objectives aligned with company goals and building a culture of experimentation and accountability.
Own the automation roadmap: improve existing lifecycle scenarios, design new ones, and continuously optimise through A/B testing and data analysis to maximise incremental revenue and user engagement.
Drive complex segmentation and personalization leveraging user behavior data, working closely with Data and Tech teams to extract more lifetime value from our user base.
Own the CRM budget (~€400K including team and tooling), ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable ROI on every initiative.
