About the role
We are hiring an Assistant Product Manager who owns defined features and areas of the product, from discovery through delivery, working closely with the Product Manager. You already use AI as part of how you think, plan, prototype, and ship. You'll help own a product that moves money for Xe's customers in production, taking defined features and areas from idea through launch under the direction of the Product Manager, who you report to. Your squad owns a slice of the platform,



from the customer experience through to the services and partner integrations behind it. You partner with engineering on delivery, bring data and customer evidence into decisions, and elevate the larger roadmap and prioritization calls to the PM.
What you'll do
- Own defined features or areas of the roadmap under the Product Manager's direction, taking them from spec through delivery.
- Support the Product Manager on roadmap and prioritization: write user stories and requirements, maintain the backlog, and keep delivery on track.
- Run discovery and analysis: talk to customers, dig into product data, and turn findings into clear recommendations.
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery with engineering, design, and compliance, unblocking issues and tracking progress against metrics.

- 3 to 5 years of product or related experience (product management, product analytics, associate product management, or equivalent),
