Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Association Coordinator to support a wide range of administrative, communication, and marketing activities.
This role combines operational coordination with marketing execution, supporting Secretariat operations, leadership, committees, educational programs, digital communications, and partnerships.



You will collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations while helping strengthen community engagement and organizational visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Secretariat & Executive Support
- Support the administration of the Secretariat and Liaison Office, including mailbox management and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director(s), including coordinating schedules and follow‑up tasks.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in‑person meetings.
- Prepare presentations and supporting materials for Board of Directors meetings.

Committee & Program Coordination
- Manage communications with committees and internal governance structures.
- Coordinate the committee application process, including announcements, application management, communication, and review coordination.
