Share is seeking a VP of Systems Engineering to own the network-facing infrastructure, including the FreeRADIUS proxy, per-partner RADIUS, BNG integration, and the provisioning pipeline. This hands-on leadership role will configure, automate, and scale across 10 to 500 ISP clients as we grow.

You will hire and mentor a systems engineering team, set runbooks and architecture standards, and partner with network and software teams to ensure reliable authentication, provisioning, and real-time plan
