About the Role
The Junior HR Operations Specialist plays a key role in executing and supporting HR Ops administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This role ensures accurate and timely management of onboarding, offboarding,



and internal changes, while maintaining data accuracy and supporting day‑to‑day compliance administrative tasks.
This position ensures that People procedures run smoothly, employee records are well maintained, and internal queries are resolved efficiently and in line with internal policies and labor regulation.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management (Onboarding, Offboarding & Internal Moves)
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes end‑to‑end, together with internal movements, following established frameworks, coordinating with all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Keep lifecycle‑related materials up to date (guides, checklists, templates, communications) so that new joiners, managers, and HR stakeholders always have access to clear and current resources at every stage of the employee journey.
