Your Challenge and Contribution
- Collaborate with the conversion team in adapting, optimizing, and changing processes and production lines to manufacture our different products, formats, or recipes without losing efficiency, quality, or food safety.
- Contribute to rigorous compliance with Quality and Food Safety, People Safety, and Environmental Protection standards.
- Actively participate in focused continuous improvement teams, applying and learning methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Integrated Lean Six Sigma.

Who are we looking for?
- Academic Background: University degree in Engineering (Industrial,



Mechanical, Chemical, Food, or similar).
- Previous Experience (Not essential): We value if you can contribute with some previous experience in production plants, especially with a focus on continuous improvement. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be a plus.
- Tools and Languages: Proficiency in MS‑Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and a high level of English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proactive Attitude: Quick learning ability, initiative, excellent teamwork skills, and an open mind to face new experiences.
- Key Skills: Effective communication at all levels, motivation, listening skills, creativity, and strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
