Position Overview
Are you looking to launch your career in a vibrant, international academic environment?
As a Director at IE University, you will play a key strategic leadership role , guiding the development, execution, and continuous improvement of initiatives across our various IE Schools and central units — including the Business School, School of Politics, Economics & Global Affairs, School of Science & Technology, School of Architecture & Design, IE Law School,



and other academic and institutional departments. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, faculty, and internal stakeholders to drive innovation, strengthen strategic projects, and ensure operational and academic excellence.
This pipeline is designed for experienced professionals with a strong leadership background, typically bringing 6-10+ years of relevant experience , who are ready to shape institutional strategy, manage complex initiatives, and create high‑impact outcomes within a global, multicultural environment.
