This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a builder — someone who will reconnect and grow our schools network, shape the product that serves schools and students, and help make Hosco indispensable to hospitality education worldwide. You will operate across a multi-language partner base and be expected to work effectively in English, French,
and Spanish. The role involves travelling to campuses, career fairs, and industry events when it counts — roughly 20% of your time.
What You’ll Own
Reconnect and grow the network
- Re‑engage lapsed and dormant school partners with a tailored commercial and product narrative
- Prospect and close new school partnerships, prioritising the institutions that matter most to the industry
- Onboard new partners end‑to‑end – train their teams and get their students registered from day one
Build the product
- Be the voice of schools and students inside the company: translate what you see in the field into clear, actionable input for the education product roadmap
- Understand deeply what schools and students need from a platform – and push ours to be better
- Contribute to product and engineering teams to ship the features that keep schools engaged and students active
