Overview
From ads and reels to testimonials, tutorials, and story‑led brand content — video is a key part of how we help businesses grow. This role gives you the chance to be part of that process, with creative freedom, support, and structure.
What You’ll Be Doing / Learning
- Editing a variety of video formats: ads, reels, testimonials, tutorials, explainer videos, and more
- Understanding how to tailor content for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, etc.)
- Learning the basics of visual storytelling, pacing, sound, and structure
- Collaborating with our video team, content team, and designers on real client projects
- Using tools (including AI)



to speed up your editing, repurpose content, and enhance output
- Gaining insight into the full production process — from concept to campaign
