Scopely is seeking a Senior QA Manager to join our Barcelona studio, as part of Central Studio Operations' QA & Deployment team, to own and develop an impactful, multifaceted QA and Deployment Program across Scopely's diverse portfolio of selected titles.
In this role, you will define and implement standardized QA frameworks, oversee cross-functional quality initiatives, and ensure testing practices and QA skills align with Scopely's business objectives. You will champion continuous improvement in quality assurance, collaborate with external trusted QA partners, and provide guidance and mentorship to internal and external QA team members.
Working closely with QA peers and Game team leadership, you'll ensure operations align with Scopely's global mission, values, and long-term strategic goals while driving ongoing service improvements.

What you will do
- Lead and execute strategic QA initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality objectives are consistently achieved.
- Ensure the consistent implementation of testing KPIs and reporting standards across all projects, and drive improvements around the quality metrics tracked
- Actively contribute to iterating on the design of the QA OS
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to build action plans aimed at improving the execution of the entire QA pipeline.
- Be the main Central QA POC and help drive the release quality of some of Scopely's wide array of titles.
- Champion transformation and collaboration across multiple teams, cultures, and global locations.
- Build action plans in collaboration with internal and external partners, to level up the execution of end to end QA pipelines
- Drive the plans, and continuously assess risks and define necessary mitigation plans lea
