Support the launch and adoption of a new budgeting tool through clear internal communication, coordination, and support in manager training, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support throughout the budgeting cycle.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid, at the IE Tower.
*The role is temporary for three months, from April until July.*

- Coordinate timelines and communications with the project team to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Support the organization and delivery of training sessions for managers.
- Prepare and maintain support materials (quick guides, step-by-step instructions, FAQs).
