The Role
We are seeking a high‑energy, execution‑focused Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our sales department. In this role, you aren’t just a strategist – you are the “engine room” manager. You will lead both our Inbound and Outbound teams, ensuring every lead is pursued, every process is followed, and every representative performs at their peak. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, your primary mission is to control execution, turning overarching sales goals into daily wins through rigorous coaching, process implementation, and performance management.
