Responsibilities
- Manage and analyse incoming requests from multi‑make workshops, covering component location, lubricants, assembly procedures, wiring diagrams, and complex breakdowns requiring in‑depth diagnosis.
- Send diagnostic and repair information and procedures; provide advice to workshops as requested.
- Consult GrupEina’s specialised databases and manufacturer technical information portals to locate relevant information.
- Create daily and weekly activity reports.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified automotive mechanic or technician, with demonstrated skill in vehicle systems and new integrated technologies.
- Strong customer service skills, both verbal and written; able to interact with stakeholders at all levels.




- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Analytical, detail‑oriented approach and sound decision‑making capability.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish proficiency expected.

Contract and Benefits
Contract type: open‑ended temporary (6months). Work hours: Monday‑Friday, 40hours/week with a split schedule. Salary: €24,000–€26,000 gross per year for junior level and €27,000–€33,000 for senior level, or €1,700–€2,400 gross per month. Competitive annual salary and monthly bonus structure. Remote work available for 20weeks per year after a qualifying period. Full in‑house training programme (initial 6‑month training).
