and train internal stakeholders on our reward system and benefits offering.* System & Process Improvement: Support further system improvement projects and ensure high compliance with regional regulatory requirements.---## TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:* Experience: Proven experience in compensation and benefits topics with Regional focus; experience in high-growth tech companies is highly preferred.* M&A; Expertise: Demonstrated experience supporting or leading benefits harmonization activities within M&A; projects.* Vendor Management: Strong background in vendor, broker, and insurance contract management and negotiations.* Methodologies: Experience in major survey methods, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits valuation models.* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to interpret and visualize data with deep accuracy.* Project Management: Proven program and project management ex
