Junior Programmatic Campaign Specialist
This is an in‑person role based in Madrid. Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
This role is adecuado for someone early in their career who wants to become a true programmatic expert. You will learn how large‑scale digital advertising campaigns are executed, optimized, and analyzed across major platforms.
You will focus on the operational side of programmatic advertising, ensuring campaigns launch correctly, deliver as expected, and continuously improve. There is no client contact involved — your impact is purely through execution quality and performance.
You will work closely with experienced team members who will provide guidance, structure, and clear processes.

- Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00–18:00 • Friday 9:00–17:00
- Language: Full professional proficiency in English required

Purpose of the Role
To execute programmatic campaigns accurately and efficiently while developing strong technical and analytical skills in digital advertising operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Campaign Setup & Launch
- Prepare campaign setups across platforms (GAM, Xandr, DSPs, SSPs) following internal guidelines.
- Validate assets, trackers, targeting, and KPIs before launch.
- Use checklists to ensure campaigns go live on time and without errors.

2. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization Support
- Monitor active campaigns daily to ensure proper delivery and pacing.
- Identify issues early and escalate when necessary.
- Support optimization actions such as creative rotation or targeting adjustments.
