A temporary opportunity for a Digital & Contract Manager within Airbus Defence & Space, Tablada (Seville).
We are looking for a new team member in charge of Contract Management of key European suppliers, focusing on the 4PL Transport contract.
Responsibilities
Serve as contractual focal point for ADS Production with our 4PL, focusing on Air Power Business (Spain & Germany).
Responsible for supplier performance recovery and continuous improvement matters.
Collaborate on negotiations of contractual conditions, rates, and improvement plans with our 4PL and carriers.
Manage the 4PL contract daily, working closely with General Procurement and operational teams (claims management, invoicing control, contractual change requests).
Contribute to the execution of our Transport strategy by collaborating on decisions for the 4PL Model project and the Logistics of the Future improvement plan.
Participate in TAOPL Transport CFT or RFI/RFP processes (baseline definition, deliverable preparation, follow?up of the CFT process).
Secure carrier performance by setting up and implementing action plans.
Support IT projects and Export Control initiatives from a contractual standpoint.
Progressively onboard into Logistics Contract Management as part of future development.
Contribute to the monthly Logistics Contract Board.
Create a Google Site for the Transport Contract Management scope.
Lead the TAOPL Digital Change Management Board.
Contribute to the creation of Digital Dashboards and KPIs in Qlik Sense.
May take over additional tasks related to Digitalization, Risk Management, Operational Excellence.
Skills
Serious, committed, proactive professional.
University degree in Business Administration,



Engineering or related field.
Experience with international suppliers and their management layers.
Strong negotiation experience with successful results.
Data?oriented, capable of analyzing data to negotiate and defend ADS position.
Experience in root?cause analysis and implementing action plans with rigor.
Experience in Transport and/or Logistics is beneficial.
Experience creating dashboards in Qlik Sense.
Fluent in Spanish and English; German is a strong plus.
