Chief Operating Officer (COO)
who thrives on building organizations, creating structure and turning ambitious plans into reality.

Your Mission
As COO, you will build the operational foundation of Rebirth Development.
Together with the CEO, you'll transform a fast-growing entrepreneurial company into a scalable organization with outstanding execution capabilities.
You will create the structures, processes, teams and leadership required for sustainable growth while preserving the entrepreneurial DNA that defines Rebirth.

What You'll Do
Build the Organization
Design and implement scalable operational structures.
Create clear ownership, accountability and decision-making.
Improve processes across Development, Construction, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
Build an organization that can scale confidently.
Lead Operations
Take ownership of day-to-day operations.
Ensure projects move efficiently from acquisition through development, construction and sales.
Remove bottlenecks before they become business risks.
Drive operational excellence across every department.
Deliver Projects
Coordinate multiple real estate developments simultaneously.
Monitor planning, milestones and execution.
Ensure teams stay aligned and focused on delivery.
Maintain quality throughout every stage of development.
Drive Performance
Monitor operational KPIs.
Improve efficiency and project profitability.




Translate operational and financial insights into better decisions.
Continuously improve how the business operates.
Build Leaders
Recruit and develop exceptional people.
Coach department heads.
Build a culture of ownership, accountability and collaboration.
Empower teams to make decisions and take responsibility.
Execute Growth
Translate strategy into execution.
Support new developments and business initiatives.
Help build the operational platform for future international growth.
