Responsibilities
Planning, organizing and coordinating the daily transport activities
Verifying / checking drivers activity and trucks position
Informing drivers about transport details (loading/unloading, goods, etc.)
Using specific monitoring systems and transport management systems
Maintain complete and correct administrative records
Creating consignment and planning in operational systems
Calculating routing and monitoring general performance and utilisation of the trucks
Actively communicating with internal and external partners
Proactively sharing insight and needs about operational issues




Qualifications
Organized, motivated, solution?oriented and problem solver
Previous transport work experience is a plus
Fluent in English and Spanish
Hands?on mentality and strong motivation to work in transports
