As EMEA HPE Program Manager , you will lead complex onboarding initiatives across the region, ensuring seamless integration of new countries and operations into the HPE operating model. Acting as the central orchestrator, you will bring together cross‑functional teams and drive projects from planning through execution, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with global governance standards.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria
Act as the primary liaison between country leadership and regional/global functional teams




Partner with process and systems teams to enable configurations, testing, and adoption readiness
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field
Extensive experience in program or project management within multinational environments
Advanced project planning, execution, and risk management capabilities
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experience in global technology or IT services environments
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar)
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, supply chain, and service delivery systems
