You will be part of the team responsible for operating one of the largest and most complex hosting platforms in Europe .
Your mission will be to ensure the stability, performance, and evolution of the Stretch platform , working directly on critical production systems and contributing to the continuous improvement of a highly distributed infrastructure.
This is a strongly technical role with hands‑on impact at scale, where your work will directly influence service quality and platform evolution.
Responsibilities
- Operation, maintenance, and evolution of large-scale Linux infrastructure.
- Advanced (Level 3) support for complex platform incidents.
- Automation of processes using scripting (BASH, Python) and infrastructure tools.
- Operation and management of distributed storage systems (Ceph).
- Monitoring and analysis of the platform using observability tools (Grafana and similar).
- Continuous improvement of system architecture and stability.
- Collaboration with international teams to absorb knowledge from legacy systems.
- Participation in on‑call rotation (approx.

Must have
- +3 years of experience in Linux systems administration and operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex production environments.
- Experience with scripting and automation using BASH, Python, Ansible or similar tools.
- Hands‑on experience operating distributed storage systems such as Ceph.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana.
- Solid understanding of Linux networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Fluent English, required for international communication.

Nice to have
- Experience troubleshooting network issues using tools such as tcpdump.
- Knowledge of Linux networking concepts including routing, bonding, network namespaces, iptables/nftables and netfilter.
- Familiarity with large-scale networking concepts such as BGP, Anycast or service discovery technologies.
