M3 Functional Consultant (Technical) – Madrid
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented individual to perform the following tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support the configuration, maintenance and implementation of Infor M3 for various clients.
- Collaborate with client contacts to gather business requirements and document processes.
- Improve processes and design solutions aligned with the defined scope.
- Support the technical configuration of the solution.
- Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing and deployment.
- Contribute to ERP implementation or support projects.
- Support data migration and integration activities.
- Work with databases and MIS as part of day-to-day assignments.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with M3 and related technologies.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or French is optional.
Workplace
TCS Offices — Madrid, Spain
Work Schedule
7:00 am to 7:00 pm, plus on‑call duties approximately one week per month.
Contract & Compensation
Permanent contract. Competitive salary with adaptable compensation plan including meal vouchers, childcare voucher, transport voucher and health insurance. Work‑from‑home support provided.
