We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Pedagogical Coordinator to lead the academic excellence of our Kids&Us; school while actively contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction. This role combines educational leadership with commercial responsibilities, ensuring outstanding learning experiences, strong team performance, and the achievement of enrolment and retention goals.

Your role
Academic Leadership
- Ensure the successful implementation of the Kids&Us; methodology across all age groups.
- Supervise, mentor, and support teachers to maintain high teaching standards.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate teacher onboarding, training, and continuous professional development.
- Monitor students' academic progress and ensure an exceptional learning experience.
- Manage academic planning, timetables, and curriculum implementation.
