- Promote modern Engineering practices, tooling, and methodologies across platform engineering teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and evolving tech strategy.
- Define and promote the right ways of working across engineering domains, cross engineering functions, other technology teams (Architecture, Technology Product, Delivery, Networks) and with business stakeholders.
- Support demand management & prioritization within Platform Engineering team.
- Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Ensure that IoT Platform keeps evolving to reduce run costs, becoming more efficient and productive.
- Support the delivery of improvement programmes across the engineering functions, including support for RPF/RFQ/RFIs.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and emerging IoT industry trends.
