Context
The Pasqual Maragall Foundation was established in **** with the mission of promoting and developing cutting?edge biomedical research.
The Foundation is fully committed to making a decisive contribution to the search for global solutions to Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, as well as raising public awareness to ensure that support for scientific research into these challenges receives the appropriate priority.
The Foundation's research is conducted at the Barcelona Beta Brain Research Center (BBRC), a research centre established in partnership with Pompeu Fabra University.
The vision of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation is to achieve "A future without Alzheimer's".
Within a framework of active and healthy aging, associated with positive experiences and free from problems or cognitive decline, BBRC research focuses on the primary and secondary prevention of Alzheimer's disease.
This is made possible by the voluntary participation of thousands of people who contribute to scientific studies, aiming to reduce the number of people affected in the near future.
The Pasqual Maragall Foundation is a private, non?profit organization.
Its resources come from philanthropic donations from organisations and companies, as well as from an extensive network of over 120,000 members who contribute to funding research.
The centre's scientific staff also obtain competitive grants and subsidies, primarily from European funds and international foundations.

The Pasqual Maragall Foundation is a young, well?established, and growing organisation that, together with the BBRC, currently employs more than 350 professionals.
The Foundation's team includes cross?functional departments such as IT, Finance, Human Resources, Communications, Social Outreach, and Fundraising, while the BBRC's scientific team comprises researchers and professionals in medicine, biology, psychology, nursing, and other disciplines.
Position Description
The Pasqual Maragall Foundation is looking to hire a Coordinator of Digital Projects and Content for the Social Area, a person with the ability to coordinate projects, services and digital content that contribute to improving support for people living with Alzheimer's and other dementias.
The selected candidate will join the Social Area to coordinate projects, content, and digital services, driving the continuous improvement of the area's resources and channels.
They will work collaboratively with the internal team, other areas of the Foundation, external providers, and partner organisations, ensuring the proper coordination of projects and their progress.
Digital tools and platforms will be a means to support projects, facilitate access to information, improve the experience of participants, and contribute to more efficient service management.
Main functions
Cross?functional coordination and project management
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a common strategy, a cross?cutting vision, and efficient project management.
Manage the relationship with external suppliers linked to digital projects, content, web development or digital marketing.
Provide support for the budgetary and administrative monitoring of assigned projects.
Plan, coordinate and monitor the digital projects of the Social Area, ensuring compliance with the established deadlines, priorities and objectives.
Coordination of digital content and services
Coordinate the creation, review, and updating of content for digital platforms and tools.
Manage the information and content published on the area's platforms.
Ensure the quality, consistency, accessibility and usefulness of digital content and services.
Participate in defining the objectives, priorities, and indicators of digital channels and services.
People?oriented and innovative
Contribute to improving care and support for people, identifying opportunities to make services more useful, accessible, personalised and geared towards their needs.
Participate in co?creation, listening and contrasting processes with participating people, families, professionals and other agents.
Translate the identified needs into proposals for improving the content, services, and digital tools of the Social Area.
Contribute to the development and evolution of the area's digital projects, activities, and resources.
Management of digital platforms and services
Functionally manage the digital platforms and tools of the Social Area (CRM, Moodle and other applications).
Ensure the proper operational functioning of the platforms and internal processes.
Define the functional requirements for new projects, in coordination with the IT Department.
Act as an intermediary with the IT Area, representing the functional needs of the Social Area and participating in the evolution of technological solutions.
Coordinate the monitoring of improvements, evolutions and incidents with the IT Area and external providers.
Data analysis and continuous improvement
Prepare reports and utilize the information available on the platforms.
Track data, indicators and reports related to the activity of digital projects.
Ensure the quality of data and information available on digital platforms, promoting its continuous improvement.
Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
Training and experience
University degree in Communication, Journalism, Social Sciences, Health Sciences, Economics, Project Management, Digital Marketing or other related disciplines.
Additional training in digital transformation, functional application management, data analysis, project management, CRM, Business Intelligence or innovation.
Approximate minimum experience of 3 years in project management, content, communication, digital services, platforms, CRM or similar fields.
Experience in social entities, health, care, aging, the third sector or projects with social impact will be valued.
Experience in data mining, report preparation and monitoring of activity indicators will be valued.
An advanced level of Excel and experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Looker Studio or similar) will be valued.
Fluency in Catalan and Spanish is essential.
A professional level of English will be considered an asset.

Experience in the functional management of digital platforms, CRM or management tools.
