Roccabox Property Group is searching for an ambitious, creative, AI-driven Content Creator and Social Media Manager who can help take our brand to the next level.
This isn't a role for someone who simply schedules posts and follows trends.
We're looking for someone who creates trends.
Someone who understands storytelling, branding, video production, content strategy, audience growth, and how to create content that people genuinely want to watch and engage with.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with energy, hunger, creativity, and the drive to build something exceptional.
THE ROLE
You'll be responsible for creating, managing, and growing our social media presence while helping shape the future of the Roccabox brand.
Creating engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
Producing high-quality short-form and long-form video content
Developing creative campaigns and fresh content ideas
Showcasing luxury properties in innovative and engaging ways
Building the personal brands of our team members and consultants
Managing content calendars and social media strategy
Staying ahead of industry trends, social media updates, and emerging technology
Driving audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness
We're looking for someone who constantly asks:
"How can we make this better?"
"What hasn't been done yet?"
"How do we make people stop scrolling?"
AI EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL




We are specifically looking for someone who embraces AI and understands how to use the latest technology to create outstanding content.
The right candidate will have hands-on experience with major AI content creation, video production, image generation, editing, automation, and marketing platforms.
You should already be using AI daily to:
Create engaging content
Produce high-quality video and visual assets
Improve production speed and efficiency
Generate creative ideas and campaigns
Enhance storytelling and audience engagement
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience creating high-performing social media content
Strong portfolio of previous work
Excellent video editing skills
Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing
Confidence behind and in front of the camera
Ability to direct and organize content shoots
Creative thinker with fresh ideas
Highly motivated and self-driven
Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
Excellent communication and organization skills
Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus)
